PLAYERS MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS
Tryout dates are as follows:
1.) Sunday April 13th - Delair Park Abbotsford - 2:00 - 4:00pm
2.) Sunday April 20th - Charles Best Turf - 2:00 - 4:00pm
3.) Sunday April 27th - Cloverdale Athletic Park - 6:00 - 8:00pm
(tryouts will take place on field #1, the old turf off 168th Street)

5. Birthdate (must be born in 1996, no exceptions)
6. Position (Fwd, Mid, Def or GK)
7. Club, Team and Coach
8. Indicate which "Open Tryout" you wish to attend (Surrey, Abbotsford or Coquitlam)
